All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If unresolved within 48 hours, email info@donrockfit.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
