We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:
Supplements (Physical Products)
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.
Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides)
All digital products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email info@donrockfit.com within 7 days for a full refund. No forms, no questions.
Coaching Services
Coaching is non-refundable once services begin. If you cancel before the first session, you'll receive a full refund.
How To Request A Refund
Email info@donrockfit.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace it at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
